Richard Duarte After my first book "Surviving Doomsday-A Guide for Surviving an Urban Disaster" people kept asking me for a book with photographs, pictures, graphics and abbreviated step-by-step instructions. Many people are really busy and just don't have the time to sit and read through an entire book. But that shouldn't stop anybody from being prepared. A Quick-Start Guide seemed to be the perfect way to get the message into as many hands, as quickly as possible. This new book contains all the survival essentials condensed into an simple and easy format, with lots of full color photographs and illustrations. Now there should be no excuse, for being unprepared. Using the Quick-Start Guide anybody can begin making their preparations in as little as a few hours.
Richard Duarte Don't fight it, it's normal and all writers encounter it sooner or later. Inspiration can't be forced. Walk away and do something else, and try not to think, or worse yet, obsess about it. Before you know it new ideas will start popping into your head, just make sure to take notes, especially if you're away from your computer.
