Hey, just realized you're based in North Texas. Do you know of any writers conferences or book festivals commencing between June and November 2015? I know of quite a few but just trying to get all the info I can.
J. David Clarke No, I'm sorry, I wish I did but sadly I've been terribly negligent in gathering that kind of info and making my way to such things. Pretty shameful really. Maybe in the next year I'll do a better job of it. Sorry! Wish I had more to share with you.

What are you currently working on?
J. David Clarke I'm currently working on Volume 3 in my science fiction series "313": TIME LOST. Next up I have a sequel to THE WIZARD IN MY WINDOW called A KNIGHT IN THE GARDEN, and sometime next year I hope to finally get to an epic fantasy series called KEEPER OF DAYS, which kicks off with a Vol. 1: THE BOOK OF DAY AND NIGHT

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
J. David Clarke Connecting with people who are excited about your work. When you create stories, you're exploring parts of yourself, and when others enjoy them it's because part of you speaks to part of them. Possibly even parts of themselves that they don't get to explore on a daily basis. That's very rewarding and meaningful.
