How is this book so amazing? I've reread it like a million times! I just love the spooky, witch aesthetic and the dark vibes its gives off. And honestly I could spend hours just admiring and studying the beautiful art style! What inspired you to make this book, and how did you discover your art style?
Vera Greentea Aww, a million thanks for such a sweet comment!!! I'm so deeply happy that you like the book, that means so much to me to hear this! I'm also a huge fan of witchiness, spooky stuff, dark soulful works, and I love that you felt that in the book! I was inspired by a lot of things I love - walks through the woods at dusk, reading spooky stories, a song called Griselda by a band Yo La Tengo (which describes a boy in a rowboat waiting for his love in a transparent dress)! I love a lot of dark aesthetic work and I'm happy to have made one of my own. Thank you for reading :)

Not really a question, but I just wanted to say that my 14 year old son absolutely loved Grimoire Noir!! I brought it home from work, I work at a small library in Vermont, and he read it all in about an hour! I also read it and loved it! We are hoping for a sequel!! I have been telling all of the tweens/teens/adults/ really anyone, who come into the library to read it! Thank you! Are you planning a sequel?

As for the sequel, I'd loooove to write one - it all depends on whether the publisher wants to publish it. So, fingers crossed that the book keeps doing well and finding lovely fans and that I can write more adventures of the inhabitants of Blackwell!
