Heather, I missed your post about the sequel to heart in the Heart in the Highlands 1. I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I'm almost finished-Finally!-with Book 2. I had some health issues and put it off for quite some time. I'm also reissuing Heart in the Highlands, just freshening it up.
As a reader, anything that you would like to see happen in the book or in volume 2 to Grizel on her journey home? I have a few surprises in store, I think, that might catch readers off guard. Good things to come!
I'm also updating websites and blogs. Thanks again for your interest.

I've had it in mind for a long time but avoided writing it because I didn't want to do the research, lol.

I have several projects in the wind. I'm completing a Nanowrimo.org project that's a sequel to Heart in the Highlands. I'm also updating an older project, Synergy of Blood: Reunion, adding to the story to make it more complete.
Plus I have a couple of other novels that I need to finish that I hope to publish. More about them later!

Write what you LOVE. Don't let anyone discourage from putting your thoughts on paper. The more you write, the better you will write, and you'll develop a style that you are happy about. If you decide to share your work, others can enjoy it, too.

I enjoy creating. Writing is something that I can do by myself and doesn't require a group activity. It's something unique that belongs to me. Young or old, I can write!

I do something different for a while - get some fresh air, do a workout or some activity that doesn't require thought. It usually works for me, and doesn't last that long.
