I am currently finishing the first draft of my second book, "A Journey to Healing after Emotional Abuse." This is a follow up to my first book, "A Journey through Emotional Abuse: from Bondage to Healing." In the second book, I explore all the steps a person might need to take when healing from an emotionally abusive relationship, including setting boundaries with their abuser, learning self care, seeking a counselor, learning to forgive themselves and others, seeking healing for their children, and beginning the dating process again.

When I was finishing my first book, "A Journey through Emotional Abuse," I kept thinking of things I wanted to add. In particular, I wanted to add a chapter about healing after emotional abuse, because this was such a big issue for the abused women I was helping online. My editor and I decided that was not really the focus of the first book, but would be a great second book. So, the idea for the second book was born! It will be called, "A Journey to Healing after Emotional Abuse."
