I haven't seen it but I just checked out the trailer online and it certainly looks like some bloody fun entertainment. As far as a miniseries for Chance Assassin, I can't say that I've been approached by any filmmakers but if it ever happens I'd be thrilled to be a part of it.

Write as much as possible, and write the books you want to read. You'll never please everyone, but you can please yourself. And on that topic, yes, bad reviews hurt. Sometimes a lot. On good days it just flows. I try to keep something to write with nearby at all times, and when that's not available I'll do voice recordings just for memos. Music can help as well and I do have songs for each character, although I usually don't write while actually listening to anything.

Sure thing, Jennifer! There's definitely going to be a book 3, and likely 4. From there I guess we'll see.
As for the spinoff, without giving too much away he was an assassin who shows up in one chapter of Les Recidivists, but not at Silva's house. The book is partially about an m/m relationship although it's not quite as focused on the romance itself like Chance Assassin was.

Right now I'm working on book three of the Chance Assassin series, and a spinoff for a character you meet very briefly in Les Recidivists.
