Actually this idea came to me via a slightly different and unique way than my others.
It was way back in 2013, and this story was conceived after viewing a very Aussie creature's home -- a Wombat's burrow -- whilst visiting my daughter who lives on a property out of town.
With a lot of cajoling and promises to not let me fall off, she finally convinced me to get on the back of her quad bike so she could take me up the back of her place to show me around, and also to see something special that was living there.
A special something which turned out to be a Wombat's burrow.
As I looked at that large hole in the ground, I began to get vague ideas for a new story. But it was only later that the bones began to shift and take shape into what eventually became the (erotic) time-travel story I'm still working on -- I did put this story on the backburner for a few years while I wrote several other books. Books with characters which just wouldn't wait their turn.
