I have always loved anything that lets my creative side shine, but I was never into writing. I have tried journaling, keeping diaries, and even writing letters to myself, but they never stuck. It wasn't until my life was flipped upside down that I attempted to write a book. It was a distraction at first that grew into a passion.

ShadowMist is the first book in the series, and the first book that I have ever written. I have always had a vivid imagination, and I thought it was time to share it with the world. As for the idea and storyline, I just let it flow naturally. I would imagine a place and its characters. What were they doing? How were they feeling? I would ask "them" questions and make up their answers based on their personalities, background, etc. The story would come together as I played it out in my mind.
