Torres If it's an autobiography, get several large freezer zip lock baggies, one for each year you intend to write on, lable each bag with a year, as you collect items from around the house, pictures, notes, letters, news articles, school pictures and grades, a thought you had of something that happen to you, write it on a small piece of paper etc, put them in the bag with the correct year. do this for a few months prior to the start of your book....when you begin to write your book, look at the baggies, each picture or letter etc. will trigger a new memory you have forgotten about... and the story begins
