David Chiles The idea for my most recent books came from Netiquette Rules on my website. Social Media Best Practices contains the rules from the site as well as other categories that were validated in social media.
David Chiles There is no need to get inspired to write in my case because there is such high demand for my work. At this point in my hobby there are too many consumers. The traffic on my website that accompany's the books is increasing at exponential rates in all best practices categories for websites (newsletter signups, registrations, and page views).
David Chiles Mobile Netiquette is my current project. The book was almost released, but a member of a club cautioned me not to move too fast. It was good advice in my case because Automobile and Wearables will now be included in the book.
David Chiles My advice to other authors is that there is no replacement for feedback. Feedback for me has come from my education. Winning essay contest encouraged me to become an author.

Although my writing career is still an aspiration in my opinion there is a lot of validation. Content has to be great. Other than that, it is all marketing. At some point my books will be marketed appropriately. Currently, the series is developing.
David Chiles The best thing about being a writer for me is the validation it provides. Being the top ranked author for my keyword on Amazon validates me. There is no competition in my case, but there are other authors who try.
