Tami Egonu I haven't read a feel-good book in a while so I shall balance this by reading Ruth Hogan's 'The Keeper of Lost Things', hopefully on a sunny beach in Greece :-)
Tami Egonu Mmmmmm (deep thought noise), not a mystery in my own life. I'm merely pondering on why I’ve seen way more foxes in London than in the countryside or town. A mystery indeed. Only the other evening I was walking through the city with a mate and there, right in front of us like a wandering pet dog, was a handsome little fox. It walked nonchalantly into the road, almost got squashed by a cyclist, and thankfully lived to tell the tale to its siblings. Have I seen a fox roaming through a village or field? No, because they’re obviously all digging the city nightlife, but at least the chickens can sleep tight.
Tami Egonu One of my favourite couples is Jane Eyre and Mr Rochester. I love the dialogue between them and how Jane grows with quiet strength. Mr Rochester isn't a romantic choice and certainly isn't my idea of a catch, but I adore their growing relationship and find their flaws etc to be very human. Also, their chemistry flows from the pages. Great stuff! :)
Tami Egonu Thanks Devika. Unfortunately I will not be giving away copies of my current novels, but there will be future giveaways and super low discounts for eBooks (one currently on Amazon), and paperbacks so please keep watching out for those. Also there will be special promos etc., for the last book in the “Bird Trilogy”. I sure hope you get to read one and look forward to your feedback :)
Tami Egonu Life inspires me, good and bad, and all the different people with their interesting lives and tales, sometimes embellished but often more colourful in truth and simplicity. A tiny seed of an idea can fully bloom into a book, but it almost has to possess me to write it as it will be the only way to get the story out of my head.
