Will the Fiona Carver Series be available on Kobo or for purchase anywhere other than Kindle? I've read every other one of your books and absolutely love them and would love to read this series too!

Rachel Grant My publisher for the Fiona Carver series is Montlake, and The Buried Hours will be published by Thomas & Mercer, both of which are imprints of Amazon Publishing. Apub books are not carried by other ebook vendors. You can request print and digital versions (ebook and audiobook) from your local library. Alternatively, the Kindle app can be downloaded to your computer, smartphone, or tablet, if you have one, and you can read all three titles for free with the 30-day free trial of Kindle Unlimited.

So can you give us any clues as to these projects you are working on????

Rachel Grant I finally can! I am currently under contract with Montlake Romance. Here is the deal announcement from Publishers Marketplace:

Rachel Grant's DANGEROUS GROUND, in which an archeologist teams up with a handsome wildlife photographer to uncover the fate of a volcanologist lost in the wilderness of the Aleutian Islands, to Lauren Plude at Montlake Romance, in a two-book deal, for publication in summer 2021, by Elizabeth Winick Rubinstein at McIntosh & Otis (world).

Also, a novella, NIGHT OWL, will be in a free anthology that releases Sept 15, 2020. The anthology will only be available for 10 days.

hi Rachel, I enjoyed your 7th book and kind of wondering, is there any Dimitri again in another book (silly question.hahaha)? actually I read the 8th book because I want to know more about him. by the way, still, I enjoy reading your book, it gives me knowledge about anthropology and I start researching it right now.

Rachel Grant Well, it is funny that you asked this because, ahem, I *did* sneak Dimitri into another, unrelated book. But being Dimitri, he has another name, of course.... Check out CATALYST (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...) for a Dimitri sighting.

Rachel, I've enjoyed every one of your books! I really enjoy how you incorporate science, current events and weave in romance. The Flashpoint series is, hands down, my favorite series. I'm dying to know... Is there is a possibility of any future books relating to the Monument Women, which we hear about at the end of Firestorm? (I really hope you say, Yes!) Is there now (or will be) a book about JT & Alexandra from Concrete Evidence? I know they were supporting characters to that story - which I totally loved by the way (thus my 5 star review). I had to do a lot of googling of new terms and even googled ThermoCon because, well, I am a bit of a geek. But I am intrigued on now JT handled what happened in Concrete Evidence and if he ended up with Alexandra.... :)

I love your Flashpoint series and was wondering if there will be more books in the series? Please! I would love to see a book for each Special Forces team member. And then maybe the SEAL team too. I know that is a lot of books. Am I asking to much? :)

Hi Rachel. I am so looking forward to reading Silent Evidence and meeting all the previous characters! However, I was wondering if you had any plans on writing a book for Lieutenant Fallon from the Flashpoint series? For some reason, he's stayed on my mind and would love to read a book with him as the hero! Regards, Roshi

Hi Roshi! Thanks for asking. Yes, I do have plans for Lieutenant Fallon to get his own book or novella at some point. No promises on when as I have a few other projects I need to write first, but he will appear in future books.

Edited 7/27/24: Rand's book is available now! We first see him again in TRUST ME (Evidence: Under Fire book 2) and he gets his own story in DON'T LOOK BACK (Evidence: Under Fire book 3)

Rachel Grant Hi Liz! Yes, there will be more books in the Flashpoint series, thanks for asking! I won't promise Espinosa and Kaylea's book right away--it depends on the direction the series takes--but they will be part of the series.

Hi Rachel. I've just discovered you and your books: I started reading Evidence series. I'm on book 4. I can't describe how much I love/adore this series and amazing characters/couples, setting (basically everything). I really loved some of the secondary characters like: JT and Alexandra, loved their chemistry and banter, Sean Logan and Keith's buddy Josh Warner, so my question is: do you plan on writing their books?

Rachel Grant Original answer (6 years ago) Hi Suzana! Thanks for reading, I'm so thrilled you are enjoying the series! I definitely plan to write Sean Logan's book (his should be next, after I finish Flashpoint #3). I have plans to write a novella for JT and Alexandra, but I've got about 4 other projects lined up first, so I really don' know when I'll get to them. Josh will probably get a book too, but it might be in a spinoff series I'm planning. :-)

Ms. Grant, I'm such a fan of your Evidence series! I've enjoyed your other books as well and just finished Grave Danger, In Grave Danger, you alluded to a history and possible story for Simone and Jason. Is that a book that you've written (I've looked and haven't seen one), or one that you may possibly write one day? Thank you!

Rachel Grant Thanks for asking. I haven't written Jason and Simone's story yet, but I do intend to write it. There is a connection between GRAVE DANGER and my upcoming release, CATALYST, which makes me especially eager to return to Coho and give Jason and Simone their happily ever after.

Rachel! I love your evidence series. I blew through it in a few weeks. I'm hoping for #7 soon. In the meantime, you mentioned a few other authors throughout the series (once when Undine was reading underwater) but I never thought to write down the authors names. Are they real authors? Can you recommend 2 or 3 that your fans might like to try?

If you read an author's name in one of my books, it means I LOVE them and yes, I think my readers would love them too. Darcy Burke was mentioned in COVERT EVIDENCE as being one of Trina's favorite authors. Darcy writes super sexy emotional contemporary romance (Ribbon Ridge series) and fun, adventurous historical romantic suspense (Secrets and Scandals series, League of Rogues). I adore all her books.

Undine's favorite author is Toni Anderson. Toni writes AMAZING romantic suspense. Her characters and situations feel very real, great chemistry, intricate plots. Romantic suspense at its best.

Other favorite authors for romantic suspense (look for them to get a nod in future books): Carolyn Crane, Gwen Hernandez, Elisabeth Naughton, and Diana Miller.

I vaguely remember JT Talon (?) but since he hasn't entirely featured at all lately so maybe that's a story/hero I'd love to see!

Rachel Grant Original reply: JT is a reader favorite! There hasn't been room for him to be on-scene since CONCRETE, and given the setting, I don't think he'll show up in E7, but he will reappear in future books.

Could you tell us more about Evidence #7? Characters, plot, release date, anything? This series is simply stellar, particularly the last few.

Thank you so much for your question. It means so much to me to know readers love the Evidence Series and are eager for the next installment. I wish I could tell you more specific details about E7, but it's still taking shape - even the title keeps changing as I'm getting to know the characters. :) I can tell you it's set in the Republic of Palau, and I'm aiming for a summer release.

Is there a hero you're hoping to see? There are a few characters I'm eager to write about, but I'd love to know who readers want next.

I've jus finished Cold Evidence and loved it! I would love to know if you're going to write other books in this series and if you're already working on the next? If yes, do you have an idea of when it will be published? I'm really, really looking forward to it/them!

Rachel Grant Hi Mei! I'm so thrilled you loved COLD! Luke and Undine were a blast to write, and I love it that you appreciated the scuba scenes. :) The Evidence series won't be ending any time soon. I have several more books planned. I've started Evidence 7 (no title yet) and hope to have it out early this summer.

Just from the paragraph I read of the book, I am excited about having the opportunity to win a giveaway. Will this become a series? I have also put your other series on my to read list as I have heard nothing but good things about the series from the other sites I look upon and like opening myself up to a number of genre's.
