Carve out time in your day for your writing and stick to it no matter what. I was focused, driven and determined. Now I'm so glad it's all complete.

Yet it's a monumental piece of history that took place across 7 countries from China to the Roman Empire. I'd like to bring this amazing history to life through fictional stories so the world understands.

I don't have writer's block. There are so many stories to tell from the Asian side of life and there are not enough Asian writers to tell them. We are culturally conditioned to work in white collar professions and not pursue the arts. I don't have hours in my days to tell all the stories I want to share.

So many people only understand China from social media or the news which is skewed and limited. This book collection was inspired from my helping many Chinese purchase real estate in Southern California as a real estate broker. Most of the characters and incidents were inspired from the truth.
