I'm sorry your copy didn't reach you. Good news, though: Kindle giveaway copies aren't shipped, they're delivered straight to your Amazon library, so yours may already be sitting there. Two things worth checking:
Make sure you're signed in to the same Amazon account you used to enter the giveaway. If you have more than one, the book may have landed in the other.
Sync your Kindle library (on your device: Settings → Sync, or from Manage Your Content and Devices on Amazon).
If you currently have the book borrowed through Kindle Unlimited, try returning that loan first, as it can get in the way.
I've also contacted Goodreads support so they can check the delivery on their end. If you still have the error message Amazon showed you, a screenshot would help me a lot when I follow up with them.
Either way, please don't spend money on Kindle Unlimited for this. I'd much rather you just enjoy the book. Let me know how it goes, and I hope the house keeps you up at night, in the best way. 🕯️
