Never have I had so-called "writer's block". I believe poetry is of the imagination and refinement of thought. Therefore, to have "writer's block" one would have to have both their imagination and cognitive abilities "blocked" - hilarious! "Writer's block" is but a poor excuse, in my opinion; further: poetry is not an academic exercise. It is simply of imagination and feeling.
