What are you currently working on?
Skye Taylor I just finished book 4 in the series and now I'm working on a short novella that also takes place in my fictional town of Tide's Way North Carolina.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Skye Taylor My current work in progress is book 4 in a series and it is the oldest brother's story, so some of the ideas grew out of the first three books, but other ideas grew out of brainstorming with myself and with a fun group of ladies called the Sandy Scribblers.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Skye Taylor I enjoy creating characters I love, that I hope my readers will love too, and visiting places I've never been personally whether they are real, imaginary or a long time ago.
