Fabio F. Centamore The way I learnt to write, of course. I had a psychological block when I was child, so it was really tricky for me to write my first words. Last year, finally, I succeded in writing a tale about this situation. Right now this tale (called "Non scrivo più", in english "I don't write anymore") is running for Italia Prize as best Italian SF tale in 2016... Not bad at all ;-)

Fabio F. Centamore To write reviews can be really tricky, because to review someone else is not something did for you but for other readers. So, first of all, never write your own opinion about the book. Reading people is interested in your reading experience with that book, not to your subjective impressions about the plot, the language and so on. Second one, never write a full resume of the story. You don't want destroy other reading experiences spoilering everything, so you have to tell about the subject of the book without reveal any spoiler about the plot or the ending. Third one, tell me something about the author. Readers want to know who he/she is, what the book meant for him/her, what stylistic tools he/she used there. Resuming:
1) to talk about your reading experience with that book.
2) to talk about the subject of that book.
3) to talk about the author.

1b) never deal about your proper opinion about the book.
2b) never spoiler the plot.
3b) Never say anything unless a proper motivation.

Thank you for the question, I hope I've given you a useful answer
Fabio F. Centamore Ad I explained, the idea for my "Actaeon" came from a lot of suggestion based on my studies of Giordano Bruno's philosophy. Bruno took particular care to Actaeon's mith in his works, for me was like a sort of literary investigation.
Fabio F. Centamore It' really difficult to answer for me. My inspiration is a sort of subconscious power, it grows up from every kind of possible suggestion. Want you an example? Actaeon, my last English novella, was inspired by Giordano Bruno works. Time ago, I wrote an essay on Bruno's thought and particularly on his conception of universe related to Actaeon's ancient mith.
