This is a tough question, but if I have to choose one couple I'd say Jamie and Claire from the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Jamie and Claire have been through so much together and they are the most honest and real book-couple in my opinion.

I usually take time away from writing and do something mindless like going for a walk or doing chores, giving my mind time to rest and eventually the story falls back into place for me.
