hi do you have any plans to release an audio version. of the Mortis series i have read all of them but now really like to listen to them they are one of my favourite series?

J.C. Diem I'd love to release audio versions of my books, but it's too expensive at around $4000 per book for a human narrator. I guess I could use a cheap AI program, but I'm not sure it would be good enough and it might end up sounding terrible.

in the mortis vampires series one of her powers new power is that she cannot get pregnant and she can walk in the sun and fly and kill other vampires and change in animal form could you put that in the series .?

J.C. Diem I'm afraid Nat is a vampire, not a shifter like the characters in my Shifter Squad series. I finished the Mortis series years ago and I can't really go back and make any changes to it now. Thanks for your suggestion, though!

Any plans to make these audio books?

J.C. Diem I wish I could have audio books, but it costs something like $4000 per book to produce them and I just can't afford it, sadly.

J.C. Diem Thanks so much, Hollie! The Shifter Squad is by far my most popular series, so you are no alone there :) It will be great to bring Lexi back for my fourth series. I've missed her and it is going to be fun for the whole team to appear in one of my Fate's Warriors books.

Oh good so she will have her own series or is it going to be like a spinoff?

J.C. Diem The first three series are all leading up to the fourth one and are loosely connected (Nat briefly shows up in the Shifter Squad series to tie them together).

My girls all go through hell in their individual series to learn the skills they'll need to defeat the bad guy in the fourth series. It won't just be about Nat, Lexi or my third MC, but they will all play a big part in it.

Is the Mortis Series finished...or is there more?

J.C. Diem The Mortis Series is finished, but Natalie will be back! I will be writing three series with nine books each. Then all three of my main female characters will join together in the fourth series.

I just read the 1st book in The Shifter Squad series and Im totally hooked - it was great!! I was wondering if you will be doing doing 3 book bundles with the Shifter squad series like you did with the Mortis series?

I'm glad you enjoyed Seven Psychics. I don't really get many sales of the bundles for the Mortis series. It doesn't seem to be worth the time and effort to continue bundling the rest of my series at the moment. If there is a growing demand for it, I'll rethink my options.
