I've been busy lately, and don't get on GR. Looking for something to waste a bit of time. I love goodreads. Dragon Shifters, WOW! Love the concept, and promise not to write anything about dragons. I'm incorporating my Grandfather's tales into my writing. No Dragons, but there are shifters. Dragon Shifters?

I'm so sorry I didn't see your message sooner! I've put my Vegas Dragons on hold for now, although I do have Jane's story drafted :) I'm releasing a new ancient world series on 9-14-15. Here is the Goodreads link if you want more information:

I just LOVED Luck of the Dragon and Stop Dragon My Heart Around. When will Mei and Darius's book be out? I looked on your website but didn't see anything about it. Also, how many books do you have planned for the series?

I love this new format where I can answer questions directly. You are in luck, I originally planned to release Jane's story next, but my Street Team convinced me to do Mei and Darius first. It will be out on 12-15-14 and is called Dragon Her Back. It has some blogger reviews already up. Mei has some surprises and secrets to share. I hope you enjoy it! I'd love to have you join my Street Team for info about the series and prerelease ARCs if that is something you are interested in.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Susannah Scott That would be the 3rd book in my Las Vegas Dragons book. Mei and Darius's story has been building from book one--it was time for their H.E.A.!

How do you get inspired to write?

Susannah Scott First thing in the morning, I am always ready to open my imagination and let the words flow. I can't write a thing after about 3 pm.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Susannah Scott Keep writing. Seriously! Work diligently and purposefully on craft. Take classes in areas you are deficient. Nobody is born writing bestselling stories.
