I have a release coming out in a couple weeks, then I plan to take a break. My release with Penguin is set to come out March 1st, followed by the second book in the series in July. I think I need to take some time and let my brain rest.

My grandmother was a big inspiration. She wrote many short stories, and during her last days, we wrote poems and songs together. I made her a promise... I kept it.

I wanted to go darker. I've become a HUGE fan of Natasha Knight and CJ Roberts. I have to say... they inspired me, along with my lifestyle as an ol' lady. I decided to mix two of the things I enjoy in most books--spanking and badass bikers.
