Sharon Dorival I am currently working on a collection of poems with another poet.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Sharon Dorival The idea from my most recent book came from my village. What I saw while at school. How the students reacted with each other and the way the teachers dealt with the situation.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Sharon Dorival Keep writing even though it makes no sense. It will find its place somewhere. Read a variety of genres. Review books you have read. Be an honest critique.

How do you get inspired to write?
Sharon Dorival Inspiration mostly comes from within, what I know and have experienced. Sometimes out of the blue it comes from nature and my observations of people.
