I think a good story is something that draws you in...relatable characters, a good description of the scene so that you actually feel like you are there.
No matter the genre, it's important to me that I connect with the characters from the very beginning. I like to visualize what they look like, what they're wearing and details of the places..
I also love series!

I read lots of romance and there weren't many romance novels out there about the Baby Boomers....ladies my age. I decided to write about a woman my age and add a mix of tatted up rock musicians so that the book would appeal to women from their twenties and up.

My second book, Out of the Box Regifted is a continuation of Out of the Box Awakening. I knew the story needed to continue and it will into a third book, which I'm currently working on which is Out of the Box Everlasting.
