Bria Quinlan Hi Stephanie!!

So, Things that Shine is a co-write with Heidi Hutchinson and absolutely is a Brew book (as well as a Heidi-Double Blind book).

It takes place a bit in the future (I haven't caught up with it yet) but you can read it now - NO SPOILERS & it standalone!

It isn't short tho - it's a full-length novel about the new Barista Emily (who, I have to admit, I love a lot). You can get it on any of the online bookstores.

There will definitely be more Brew books coming. I get a looooot of requests about Dane. He's doing some growing up still, so we'll see ;)

I'm so glad you love them - THAT MAKES MY DAY! It's always so encouraging to hear and to keep wanting to live in the Brew and share those stories with you guys.

Bria Quinlan Hi Amanda!

Sorry for the delay, I had a deadline yesterday and *booooooom* (that's my brain exploding ;)

So, BenNa LOL nice.

Ben is absolutely still in London and still in love with Jenna. He has a job that doesn't give him the freedom hers does and is a bit hurt that she won't take the jump and at least go visit him while he's all saving the world being an Environmental Lawyer Superhero.

Jenna on the other hand knows Ben will keep coming home since his life is there and is absolutely terrified to go visit him. She's afraid of change and loss and finding out that maybe things aren't what she hopes they are.

Which, as we know, Jenna is GREAT at telling other people what to do, so, irony much, Jenna?

Will they get their own book? I've doubted it. But, I do expect them to play out in the background of each of the Brew stories as we've seen so far with the updates and the challenges that Jenna has slowly been working through as she sees herself more clearly through her friends' struggles.

I don't think that would play well in their own story bc who would want to read about them being apart while Jenna gets her act together.

Could their story change, could something happen.... geez. Maybe. Boy that makes me nervous to think about but... maybe.

On the other hand - I would like an excuse to visit London ;)

Bria Quinlan Hi Doreen :)

Yes! Emily is the barista John hires around Abby - she's not really rude, she's just in Abby's space. Which, yeah...Abby's space. ;)

The next book out is The Proposing Kind which is a follow up for Connor & Hailey. I heard so much "More Connor and Hailey!!!" that they're story is getting a little extra something ;)

Are there more Brew books? Well... probably. I'm scheduled through most of the first 1/2 of this year with due dates, but I can't imagine just walking away from the Brew. It's home! And there are so many more interesting people coming through the front door that I doubt I'll be able to let it go.

As for Dane....I love Dane, I kind of hope he's going to settle down in the future ;)
Bria Quinlan Hi Amanda...or should I call you Hootie? ;)

Olivia is just that girl at the club. The one who always wants whatever guy she perceives at the best catch. If she had caught Max, she'd probably get bored by him pretty darn quickly. I mean, he's kind of a straight arrow, right?

But, a hot, salsa-dancing straight arrow....so maybe not ;)

Bria Quinlan I think this may be my most ask question and I answered it on the page too, but hmmmm….

I love Ben. I didn't expect everyone else to love him quite as much as they do. Right now I'm not sure if there will be my RVHS books since the topics in those were pretty dark regardless of the tone/voice.

But, Ben & the twins always eat away at the back of my brain, so never say never!
Bria Quinlan Sarah from Okay Creations does them - isn't she great!?!

:)
Bria Quinlan Hi Sanjana!

Thanks so much :)

I never expected so many people to want more RVHS books when I wrote them. I definitely keep pondering ways to tell stories for Ben and the twins since people keep asking, but right now there's nothing coming out of my fingers for them as I work on several other projects.

BUT! I love all three of them so much that I'm hoping to give them each their own happy story. I actually wonder how they're doing myself. :)
