Lisa Heaton Good timing! It will be available by next week. If you're on my email list, I would be happy to let you know when it releases. You can send your email address to lisa@lisaheatonbooks.com to be added.

Thanks for checking in. I love Lex and Cash's story. This second half is a bumpy ride.
Lisa Heaton I just released A Thousand Blessings. I can honestly say I don't remember. Most books, I can remember the spark that started it all. With that one, I think my mind just drifted away one day and then kept drifting.
Lisa Heaton It's funny how the smallest little thing can set a story in motion and become a full novel in no time. I once watched a news report about how college girls were joining a website to be companions for older men. I thought to myself, I wonder what would happen if a Christian girl got mixed-up in that? That's where On 4/19 came from.
Lisa Heaton Ugh! Revisions. I discovered some new ways of doing things stylistically. Seems no one really noticed what I was doing wrong, but I know. I am revising each of my books and am not 3/5 of the way through. It's been fun revisiting old friends and finding ways to make their stories better.
Lisa Heaton Don't give up. Be realistic. Never think you know it all. My earliest refusal to learn and grow cost me way too much time. I'm still clueless for the most part. ;) Mostly, keep writing. You get better and learn more with each word you type.
Lisa Heaton Creating people and places. It's like these people become my friends and family. Also, I love that I get to work out my own issues by tucking them into other people's lives.
Lisa Heaton I don't often get writer's block. My bigger problem is blocking all the ideas that come at 2:00 am. (eye roll) If I do get stuck on a scene, I stop and let it rest for a short time. The way over the block presents itself.
