Laura Lander I might go to the island of Ibiza for a year or so, like Penelope's daughter Olivia did in Rosamunde Pilcher's The Shell Seekers, to swim in the sea, bask in the sun, and paint!
Laura Lander Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy, of course. Because they start out at opposite understandings, traverse multiple hurdles, and end up happily together. I know it's the universal template, but I don't care. It's Jane Austen.
Laura Lander My most recent book is on how to interpret your own dreams. I got the idea for this book from the writing of my second book, Wisdom Journey, which described in detail several dreams of my own and how my interpretation of them gave light to the events of my personal life at the time. There was so much about dreams in the manuscript that my editor suggested lifting some of it out for a book of its own. I offer it as a practical "methods" book to all those who are fascinated by their dreams and feel curious as to what possible significance, if any, they might have.
Laura Lander I am currently working on two books: one is the third of my memoirs detailing my encounters with the practices of shamanism, in particularly soul retrieval, and their significance in my daily life. The other is a children's book: I am painting the illustrations for the story of the birth of my first grandchild.
