My most recent book is a continuation of "The Bleeding." I got the idea because I really loved the families within the story and the investigations within and I just couldn't stop. The rest was history.

I just do it. I don't wait. If an idea comes up, I'm ready for it. I've got my paper and pen and I write it down. Usually, it doesn't make sense at the moment but, in the long run, it's perfect

I am finishing up "One Minute There" and getting started on the next in my Warren-Bennett-Johnson (New England) series which is untitled right now. "One Minute There" will be released March 20, 2015.

Don't stop writing no matter. Cut off any naysayers if this is really something you want to do. Also network with other writers and get educated on the business of it. You will learn a lot.

Just keep writing. Thoughts come into your head even if they are all jumbled together and don't make sense. I have found that they will eventually make sense so I just write them down. That's how I deal with writer's block
