I don't need inspiration to write. I think it was best defined by Billy Crystal in the movie 'Throw Mama from the train,' when he states simply ' A writer writes.' You cannot stop yourself from writing. It's like a compulsion and I suffer withdrawal too! I get inspiration for ideas from everywhere though, everything I watch, read and see.

Relax, take a break and if after awhile that doesn't work, write myself through it. It's a bit like trying to open a stuck door. If you can just get it to move a little, imagination will get sucked through the gap and then the seal will break completely.
