Christina Ross Hi, Mary!

I'm waiting on the book covers for each so I can put them up for preorder on Amazon. The preorders will state that they're coming out much later in 2022, but that's only because Amazon will slap me on the wrist if I happen to miss the date. Expect Blackwell's book to come out earlier than Her Time to Die. The moment I hit 'publish,' is when you will receive your copies, so the preorder date is literally just buying me time so I don't miss the date and anger Amazon. I hope this makes sense!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Christina Ross I wanted to write another romantic comedy because COVID has been so depressing. I wanted to give my readers a laugh, so I came up with a new character who is a handful, to say the least... I don't outline my books. An idea comes to me, I think about it for a while, and if I think it's worth a go, I'll sit down and write the book, allowing my characters to take over and tell the story.

How do you get inspired to write?

Christina Ross Inspiration can come from anywhere. For the Annihilate Me series, I just leaned back into my former life working as a senior editor at an iconic fashion magazine. The people I met/worked with have become some of the characters in that series.

Christina Ross I'm working on A Very Blackwell Christmas and also Her Time to Die. Can't wait for you to read them!
