My son recently had a surgery to fix cranial instability due to severe EDS. He suffered in massive pain for 2 years and nobody could figure out the cause. Thank you for putting books like this out there for people that are trying to educate themselves more on the subject, like myself. How long did it take to get the diagnosis of EDS?
Philip Howard I was diagnosed with unconfirmed haemophilia when I was a baby. I was stuck with that for 19 years until I left school and began work. I was examined by a young doctor for a medical. He thought it might be EDS and contacted his proffesor at university. I met him within a month and was diagnosed with EDS. It was a day that changed my life. Good luck to you and your son.

Philip Howard Got a couple/several ideas for plays.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Philip Howard I was writing my first book "Braver Than All The Rest" about a boy with Muscular dystrophy when it dawned on me that I had a story to tell. I had spent my life just dealing with my problems I hadn't actually THOUGHT about them. So I started to write this second book.
