Make sure you get a good proof reader and beta reader involved. What may read well to you, might not to others. Listen to and take advice from your proof reader but never change anything if you think it doesn't need changing. Follow your gut - it's never wrong. Go with what your heart tells you.
Read as much as you possibly can when you're not writing. It keeps your brain active and takes you out of your story for a while. You need to have some "me time". It can be so easy to just live your book but it doesn't help in the long run. If you read something that really makes an impact on you, please review it. Reviews are what keep us writers going. Getting a book out isn't easy, in fact, it's bloody hard work. So, be a gem and treat other authors the way you would wish to be treated.

It's another paranormal fiction/paranormal romance, young adult book. It's not about vampires this time round but it does have a lead male and lead female lead. It's not all as simple as that though.

With each book I've written so far, the idea usually comes in a dream or a thought that keeps me awake until I get out of bed and write it down. I take ideas and influences from film, tv shows, music and I usually base my lead, male character on my man-crush at the time. Shush, don't tell anyone!
