Jeremy Allen Phelps Essay papers on oppression, inspirational poetry, and another contemporary love story.
Jeremy Allen Phelps I wanted to write a fictional story that could express the pain and suffering that I have seen in this life. I have looked into the eyes of despair and seen the light of hope all but vanished. I have been raised and cultured in a world so painful that oppression is no longer recognized as a harmful force against humanity and depression is no longer recognized as the unacceptable effect of that oppression. Life is a but a painful sentence to so many 'insignificant' people in this world. I cannot change the world, but what I sought to do in this story is to wrap all that ugly into one shamed individual, rejected and despised, and show that beauty is ever present. That everyone has the right to be loved.
Jeremy Allen Phelps I lose thought of form and order and write freestyle as though no one would ever read it. Trapped underneath that rough narrative is meaningful literature. The remaining task is to give it the order and form required for the intended audience.
