I have had major health problems in the last year and there is nothing out there to explain my condition. I am going to document what happened to me and what I know now that I wish I had known at the start of my illness.

I have a story in my head and I keep getting stuck on the next stage. So I write what I know and then there is space in my head for the next part of the story to develop.

I sit down and write. I move away from the thing I am stuck on and write a piece of flash fiction or a diary entry. Anything to get words onto a page. I take my mind away from the problem and before I know it the answer has popped into my head.
