Good question, Juho :) But a book to read or write?
If I had to choose one to read, I'd probably go with The Lord of the Rings. I've read it fours times already, so I know it can sustain rereading.
Now, if I had to choose one to write, I'd go with my trilogy The Hand of the Khryseoi, which is only one book at this stage and needs the other two written. And it has taken me many years, so perhaps I need to go on a space expedition. Can you recommend one?

As a writer who has been described as a polygamist with genres—well, I called myself that so it’s more of a confession—I wouldn’t know quite what to recommend. Writer’s Block may do the trick. Henry & Isa is one of my personal favourites, although readers are polarised by it. Both are short which ticks the intro box. As for the opium, I’ll message you with the drop-off details...

Once upon a moonlit night, a vampire stalked his prey through the forest, a fair maiden with a neck so tender the thought of biting into it made his dry, old vampire lips wet as if he were young again. However, the author, in his rush to complete the story in two sentences was forced to equip the maiden with a cross, stake, hammer, and garlic, all of which she used (in that order) to end the vampire’s eternal life, while saying, “Thif aufor ith really puthing the two sententh limit,” because despite being the fairest maiden in this story, she also had a dreadful speech impediment.

If I complete my reading challenge, I’m going to read the unabridged extended edition of Stephen King’s The Stand.
Gulp.

Hi, Rach! Great to hear from you :)
The short answer is I always have new books in the works. Your question prompted me to count how many and I surprised myself when I saw it was seventeen different titles in various stages of development.
I suppose the question I should ask myself is: which one am I going to finish next? I’m a bit confuddled about that one! LOL. I’ll probably finish part two of The Hand of the Khryseoi, which is one book in three parts... just as long as I don’t get side-tracked with a new idea!
