Heather Kinnane Stop writing and do something physical ;)

(but not usually anything exciting... gardening, or going for a walk, doing dishes, cleaning... something that gives my brain a rest!)
Heather Kinnane The idea for Groundskeeper Wanted came from a few different sources. First of all I wanted to write another story for my Seeking Satisfaction series, in which an advertisement brings together multiple people who fall in love and end up in a polyamorous relationship. A friend suggested a B&B, with an ad for extra help that resulted in a relationship between two people currently working at the B&B and a third person who was hired.

That's about when Covid hit, and all over the world places started to go into lockdown.

My favourite romance trope is second chance romance, so I wanted there to be a couple of young loves reconnecting as adults, and I also like to do something different in each of my books. So in Erotic Writer Seeks Men, Samantha meets three strangers. In Handyman Wanted Sally hires Ryan, who is already in a relationship with Nate, but as a bi-man is keen to bring a woman into the relationship, and in Truckie Needed Mattie hires best friends Ned and Jack to drive her across the country.

In Groundskeeper Wanted Harper and Nick are happily married, and have been toying with the idea of a threesome for a while. Circumstances bring Cliff, Harper's childhood sweetheart, to the door, and then lockdown traps him there, and the result is a lot of sweaty palms and missed glances until Nick pushes Harper and Cliff back them together.
