Hi Jo, that is a really great question! Unfortunately, not being a sufferer of RSI I don't have a definitive answer. I have looked at the NHS website and they advise the following among other things:
"There are also things you can do to help reduce your risk of RSI, such as maintaining a good posture at work, taking regular breaks from long or repetitive tasks, and trying relaxation techniques if you are stressed." I rarely get writer's block these days. If I do, then I simply move onto something else. I always have several things bubbling away at any given time and sometimes you just need to put a little distance between you and and your writing before you are able to move on.
