Hi, I've loved both The Merry Christmas Project and Merrily Ever After and was wondering if there are going to be any more books following Merry and Cole or some of their friends?

Hello Cathy, It's so wonderful to have come across your books,. I read Appleby Farm first. Anything with the farm or country side theme gets me hooked. I loved it a lot. Until then I was going through a phase of reading crime thrillers and contemporary classics. I thought why not give a break and enjoy some light hearted plots? I instantly bought The Plumberry school of Comfort Food, Ivy Lane and Lemon Tree Cafe..

Hello Is there a way to get your ebooks in the US? They don't seem to be available on amazon.
Cathy Bramley Hi Joanna, thank you for your question. At the moment my ebooks are only available in the UK. Hopefully next year, they will be available on Amazon.com.

I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?
Cathy Bramley Hi Cintia,
I felt the same way as you a few years ago. I decided that I wouldn't let rejection stand in my way because I would write the very best book I could, paying for editing and cover design and then self-publish it. I then built a readership which attracted the interest of a publisher. I suggest you take a break from social media (or wherever you are getting your information about the publishing industry) and focus on you and your writing. Lots of people want to be writers, but relatively few actually finish a novel. Forget the competition for now, just concentrate on writing from the heart. Good luck!
