Simon Birks Hi Adrián,

I've just added it. Thank you for the nudge! I hope you enjoyed the book.
Simon Birks I can, but then I'd have to kill you. Oh, actually, it doesn't look like it'll be me, after all.
Simon Birks Hi Adrian, thank you for saying so! Yes, we have an issue 4 available - I haven't put it on the website yet as I haven't completed fulfilment for the Kickstarter, but you can order it using the pre-order store we have for our latest Kickstarter (hope you're following this okay!) - https://innsmouthcomplete.backerkit.c...
Simon Birks Hi Danny, it's on the to-do list (and I did start it a while back), but as you say, at the moment I'm trying to build the comic side of things so I can have more time to be creative. It's a pain, and I thank you for your patience.
Simon Birks Hi Colin, I'm glad you liked it. Nothing currently planned. Will have to see what Miguel does next. I'm hoping to do a comic series with Majory Yokomizo, though. Currently fleshing out the scripts.
Simon Birks Hi Chris,

I've just added them, so you should be able to review them now!

Thank you so much. Really pleased you enjoyed them!
Simon Birks I'm not sure where Songstrom came from. If you asked Sammel, the protagonist, he'll tell you I always had it, and I just needed to open my eyes to see it.
Simon Birks Write in a variety of mediums, to see what you like writing best. Don't be afraid of what other people say, they have a right to the opinion, and if they've left a comment, try and understand what underpins it.

Have fun. It has to be fun.
Simon Birks Writing is an amazing experience. To create a story from nothing, from ideas in your head, is exhilarating.
Simon Birks Hey Carl, glad you liked it. Yes, I should definitely sort one of those out! I'll add it to the list!
Simon Birks I'm usually inspired visually, either directly, or I'll see something and turn it into a 'what if?' scenario and write from there.

Another great stimulus for me is competitions. I use the NYCMidnight screenplay competitions to generate new ideas for stories. I love writing to a deadline.
Simon Birks I'm currently redrafting a horror novel I wrote last year for NaNpWriMo. It was an old beginning to a story (literally a couple of paragraphs) and I wanted to see if I could make it something larger. I'm pleased to say that it's currently sitting at 56000 words!
Simon Birks If I ever feel I'm getting stuck on something I'm writing, I'll switch to a different medium. So, if I'm writing a screenplay and I'm getting stuck, I'll write a short story about the characters. This gives me the ability to write down what they're thinking, and can open up new avenues into them. Other times, I might revisit previous work and see if I can progress that a little.
