I have to go with the first "modern" fantasy book I read after the Lord of the Rings. I still remember getting it for Christmas from my aunt - Magician by Raymond E Feist. It felt huge to me and it was so thick. I was 12 at the time and the book made such an impression I'd say it started my love of fantasy. Tolkien opened my eyes, but Feist led me down the path.

This may sound weird but Lady Felicienne. She has access to a lot of information and secrets, and she is one smart lady. I picture her as almost Sherlock Holmes like, but I need to work on getting that across.

Hard to say at this stage, so "possibly" is the best answer I can give. There are a few things happening which may lead to book signings in the future, but that's all I can say ;)

Write a lot, read a lot, don't publish before it's ready. And don't spend ages writing the first draft, get it finished and you can fix it later!
