Yes, there will absolutely be a sequel. I expect it'll be published early next year. I'm sorry for the cliffhanger lol! It was honestly meant to be one book but as I neared the end I could not close off these characters' stories. There was so much more to do and say! But it means the world that you enjoyed it, and I can't wait to release the sequel into your hands as soon as it's ready!

Yes! Absolutely. I'm actually working on Book 3 now. It's taking a bit longer because I really want this to conclude as a trilogy and Asher and Emily deserve to go out with a bang. I'm thinking early next year you'll be able to finish their story. Thank you for asking!

Hi Vivian! This is a tough one to answer, because it's a decision I wrestled with for quite a while before ultimately deciding to make Snapped a monthly novella series. The simple answer is - I was excited to try something new and different! I wanted intrigue, and I felt that would fall short on just one book. So I thought maybe I could make it two or three books, but then when I outlined, the points where I wanted to cut off and start a new book were so staggered and uneven that it worked better to cut the series into novellas as I wrote. This is a step-by-step process that's not in stone yet - the end is still in development! And while my other series may not do this, I feel that the Snapped Series was best represented by novella-length parts.

Yes! I am. After a lot of research and thought, I decided this was the best route for me, especially when I began writing paranormal and realized it was tough to be published traditionally, since this was a "saturated" market. So I researched indie publishing for my Dark Souls Series and realized I loved the control and freedom self-publishing allowed me. That's not to say I don't approach it seriously - I use professional editors and cover designers to ensure I provide my best work possible to readers. It is a learning curve, however, and I find I learn something new every time I hit "publish." My one hope is that I help prove that self-publishing isn't a last resort and that for many indie authors, this is a choice, and we approach it with professionalism and decorum - and love it!
