My best advice is to write the story you want to tell. Don't worry about what is popular, or what is 'craze' at the moment. If you write the story for you, and love it, others will love it as well.

I am currently working on two novels that can be read as stand alone novels or (the way I intend for them to be read) together. I don't want to give too much information away, so I guess the only thing I can say is you have to wait until the spring to find out more.
