I'm not working at the moment so I've got a lot of free time so I'm using it to read as many of the books and authors you're supposed to have read at some point. So far I've ticked of my first ever Jules Verne (20,000 Leagues, I thought it was okay), filled in some of my Wells and Bulgakov gaps and a bunch of others. The next three on the list are The Scarlet Letter, Murakami's Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and, for something a bit lighter, New Model Army by Adam Roberts. After that, I'll see what takes my fancy.
