Scott Carney Yes, that was me. I also did part of the credits where I impersonated the Count from sesame street.

I recently finished your book on red markets, and find myself really interested in doing some more reading on the topic. For example, your chapter on adoption markets reminded me of Conor Grennan's 'Little Princes'. I was wondering if you knew anything about that book, or if you had any recommendations for books that might be similar? A reading list, even, that uses your book's subjects as jumping off point?
Scott Carney Hi Kate, I don't know "Little Princes", but do recommend you check out the bibliography for The Red Market for further reading. There are a lot of great reads in there.

Hi Scott, I'm reading your book now and I've had some amazing results already with cold therapy. Scott Carney Hi Andrew, I've never heard of an Ice Lab, but have done cryotherapy before. I prefer icewater, to be truthful. A french edition just came out last month with the title "Tout Ce Qui Ne Nous Tu Pas"

Saw that you have a new book out "Enlightenment Trap," the description sounds familiar to your other "A Death on Diamond Mountain." Is this the same book with a new title? Just wondering, I'm interested in possibly purchasing one or the other.
Scott Carney Yes, it's the same basic book with a new title and cover. For various reasons I got the rights back from Penguin and self-published this title.

Hi Scott, just finished your new book. I really enjoyed it, and I am hoping that some of the Wim Hof techniques will help me with a Spartan Race in Breckenridge. I was wondering though if when preparing for Mt. Kilimanjaro if you used Sauna at all to prepare for altitude?
Scott Carney I think that the breathing techniques will help with running up hill at Breck, which can be a pretty steep course in places. Start breathings cycles well before you feel you need to and don't to the retention while racing. I didn't train with saunas, but I'm not opposed to the idea at all.
