I turn off the lights, turn on the fan, and get into a hot tub. I can focus there and try to let my mind turn over and figure out plot and character developments.

For me this is an easy question. I get to control everyone. I decide what they will say and do. It is also more than a little bit of relaxation, more like a vacation from my daily stresses. I get to dive into a world of steampunk and adventure every day for a little while.
