J.D. Webb Not your typical couple but my favorite is Archie Goodwin and Nero Wolfe. The novels of Rex Stout were integral in becoming an author. I love the banter and the intelligence of the characters. Nero, the brains, always comes up with the answers and Archie, the brawn, is wearing out his shoe leather tracking down clues.
J.D. Webb Get your butt in the chair. Great advice given to me by a wonderful author and friend - William Kent Krueger. Like anything we do, the more practice the better we become.
J.D. Webb Working in my jammies and inserting people who tick me off into my novels and punishing them.
J.D. Webb New mystery titled Lethal Run. A travel agent on a preview ski tour tumbles into the woods over an unseen branch. She breaks her leg and rolls onto a dead body. The corpse has no identification. Only a sticky note with her name on it.
J.D. Webb I don't get inspired to write. I'm always inspired to write. Just never enough hours in the day to write as much as I'd like.
