Jennifer Touma I deal with writers block in two ways. First, I wait until I am emotionally and mentally ready to write. That is, I am not under emotional pressure that I 'have' to write. But rather, I want to.

Secondly, since my topic inspires me, I listen and watch what is going on in the world around me. For example, I watch a movie and the character or the story line motivates or compels me to write. Or it could be a conversation that triggers a thought that inspires me to take action and write. These actions help me break down my writers block.
Jennifer Touma Writing enables me to expand my passion about the topic of self-leadership and mental toughness. It allows me a greater opportunity to explore it further while providing information and teaching moments for those who wish to learn more personally and professionally.
Jennifer Touma Write what you are passionate about. remember, it is about the reader's experience, not yours.
Jennifer Touma Presently, I am blogging on leadership and mental toughness. I am considering a second book, topic not identified yet.
Jennifer Touma I am advocate for 'showing your best YOU' in all situations. I showed my best in 'my moment of impact'. I do not want people to be or become or feel they are a victim to the situation or others. Being self-directed inspires me.
Jennifer Touma The idea came from my real life experience when I was confronted by a man in an elevator. It is in that 'moment of impact' when I had to make a decision--be a victim or show he picked on the wrong person. Thank you for your question.
