Write when and how you want to write whenever the inspiration hits you. Don't limit yourself to what "experts" say you "have" to do in order to write. Everybody has their own thing that works for them, and there is no wrong way to write. Just get it down on paper any way you can.

In June of 2011, while on a houseboat vacation on Lake Shasta, CA, I dreamed about a young girl who could change her body’s vibrational level and travel back and forth from the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension.
