Tina Webb In 2012, it hit me that my experience being a mom to a 1-year-old while learning to parent a new 21-year-old was unique. I had six kids in four different stages of life: infant, toddler, teenager, and adult. This reality forced me to troubleshoot the challenges of each stage of my kids. While doing this, I began to reflect on my own growth over the years. My youngest was experiencing a different mother than my firstborn had. I began to write journal entries on my blog about lessons that I was learning about myself. After a year of these posts, I realized that I'd never read a book written to parents about how raising kids actually helps us mature in Christian virtue and emotional maturity. The result is Cultivating the Souls of Parents.
