Not very well, to be honest! While writing The Living Weapon I had writers block that lasted nearly three months. I just couldn't find a way to tie all the stories together. Then, one day it hit me while I was driving home from work. Just one tiny detail tied the entire novel into place.

I get to put all the daydreams and plots that swirl around in my head all day down onto paper. I get to bring these characters to life, so to speak. It's very cathartic being able to release all the creativity from my mind. You can usually tell what kind of mood I was in when I wrote a scene - when I am down or angry, it is much darker. Wen I am happy, the scenes are lighthearted and fun!

Write! Don't make excuses. Just write.

I'm currently writing Book 3 in the Davenport Manor series, 'Revolutions'. This one is a biggie for all the characters involved as major changes are about to take place. I am also writing a children's series called Confessions of a Guardian Angel. Each book will follow a guardian angel and the child they are enlisted to protect.

I watch movies - I'm a film junkie! But especially those that fit into my genre. I love spooky movies (not horror though) - The Haunting, The Others, Soulmate, and even The Haunted Mansion! I also have to tap in to the vampires - Interview With The Vampire, Queen of the Damned, and yes, even the Twilight Saga! Watching the films motivate me!
