Mitzi VanCleve I didn't get an "idea" to write my book. It was more of a compelling feeling that I should write it. I fought that feeling for a very long time, but in the end as I spoke with more and more people who suffer from my affliction I knew that I needed to share my experience. My choice to write it was based upon empathy for others who walk this same painful journey. I wanted for them to experience the same hope and help that I have been able to obtain through my own journey.
